- The dark look suits me, nicely contrasting against my pale outer layer that refuses to properly absorb the sun. Doesn’t matter if others exchange strange glances due to this, they can kiss my scrawny bottom.
- On top of my odd complexion, the creator of Panem left me with no attractive qualities to draw the attention of others. A petite height leaves me towering below anyone aside from the opposite gender, and I’m evidently nothing but bone. Guess Ripred wanted to prevent any venturing eyes from positively gluing to me.
- Sarcasm seems to be the only vocabulary I can convey during my rare moments of communication. It’s not difficult to assume how antisocial I am, though no past experiences conclude to an explanation.
- Cooking consumes my isolated times, even if Mother is nearly always present. Preparing meals is the only talent I pertain, but luckily nothing can take that from me.
- Living a small life has done me well so far I believe. Mother at least managed to teach us offsprings her gift of cooking prior to slowly adapting to the art of silence. I’ve yet to understand the reasoning behind her quiet strike, and far too much is always occurring for me to ever be that concerned.
- A younger sister and brother are slowly joining me into the kitchen. With an entire gang to feed three meals a day, I can’t wait till my siblings are older. A mute and myself leave most of the teamwork to myself; perhaps this is why I lack in my socializing skills.
- Only one person catches my eyes in this district, Charlie Opasion one of the young leaders in this gang. ‘Course he’ll never notice me, leaving me as alone as ever in this life.
