Pandora Pearl Witheridge ~~~ Capitol

Pandora has slightly wavy, bright blonde hair that falls down past her shoulders. She hardly ever wears it up, feeling no need to, and, unlike other residents of the capitol, she prefers to leave it her natural colour. Pandora has pale blue eyes, similar to her mother's eyes. Her skin is quite pale as she often spends a lot of time indoors. Pandora is 5'5" tall and has finished growing. She is short compared to her other sisters and this is probably because her father is fairly short. Pandora is skinny, but not unhealthily thin, due to her parents obsession with appearance. She has a good stamina and is quite good at running. This is due to her exercising to keep fit. Pandora is not at all muscular.

Pandora religiously follows the ever-changing fashions in the Capitol but will always prefer wearing dresses to anything else. She likes to wear blue and white especially. Pandora is never seen anywhere without wearing a necklace and various bracelets. Pandora also has two star shaped marks on her hands which are a result of another strange Capitol style craze.

On the whole, Pandora is polite and well-mannered. She is always optimistic and will always be cheerful. She is sociable around others and, thanks to her mother, knows how to deal with people. However, contrary to how she appears, Pandora loves to be on her own and will often be found day-dreaming in her bedroom.
Pandora prides herself most on her creativity and her favourite things to do are paint, draw and read. She has an impressive imagination which can sometimes run wild. Pandora is also a very open and honest person who tells her family everything. She never bottles anything up and isn't afraid to show emotion in front of people.
Pandora is incredibly organized and never forgets things, especially names. However, she also holds grudges against people and won't forgets wrongs easily. One of Pandora's flaws is her nervousness which often causes her to be anxious for a long time.
There is a side to Pandora that many people don't see. She can actually be cunning if she wants to get her own way, which tends to be quite often, and quite mean to anyone who makes an enemy of her. Although, she seems like a quiet, polite, well-natured girl who wouldn't hurt a fly, Pandora will definitely not allow herself to get pushed around.

Pandora is the middle daughter of Caroline and Frances. She has an older sister; Elizabeth (19 years old), and a younger sister; Sophia (14 years old). They live together in a large house near the centre of The Capitols.

Her parents are well-renowned owners of many of the art galleries in the Capitol and also make money by dealing art. Pandora hopes to be part of this business when she grows older, unlike her other sisters, but also has bigger dreams of perhaps becoming an artist.

Pandora had a very sheltered childhood, free from any tragedies which has now caused her to be very anxious about bad things happening. She is terrible at dealing with bad events. She ha grown very close to her mother and looks up to her especially. As her role model, Pandora hopes to be like her mother when she becomes an adult.

However, the Whitheridge family is far from untroubled. Pandora and her sisters, although they may not realise it, are constantly vying for their parents attention. This silent feud has meant that none of the sisters get on and are very distrusting of each other. Sophia is constantly good and well-behaved in order to receive her parents praise whilst Pandora tries to impress her parents by her shared interest in the arts. Elizabeth's approach is the most radical by far. She gains negative attention from her parents but Elizabeth doesn't mind, anything to distract attention away from her other sisters. She is the rebel of the three and openly disapproves of everything to do with the Capitol, especially The Hunger Games. Elizabeth often causes fights within the family
