The sands of District Four, the only District with a shoreline, make for a perfect romantic holiday. But sadly, or maybe not sadly for some, the Capitol does not have a word in their dictionary for holiday. In fact, it is wondered if it is ever said in seriousness at all. But the people there love their District for its purity. The water, that is. Fishing is everything. To Sabrina, that is the same across the board. But she has her ways and whims. She is like most others in that she fishes, schools and socializes. But then inside is a fish wanting to be in the water forever. Never needing to come back.

Physical Appearance

Sabrina has a flow to her red hair, even if it is fresh out of a swim and towel. She has blue eyes, like her parents. Yet she has quite a long, narrow face. But since it is small, it is less noticeable as a bad thing. She walks gracefully, but there is a roughness to her walk. She isn't entirely what one would call a 'girly' girl. She has a wild side, and the way she hunts for fish and sorts them resembles this.

She speaks with fluency. She was brought up by parents who's parents were Capitolites. The accent has transcended along with their family for as long as it is known. It is of a very Capitol tone. For this, she has been subject to prejudice. But also envy.

As a girl who is actively working, she is quite petite. She was once nicknamed the mermaid, behind her back, by jealous schoolgirls. That should help put into perspective how lucky she is in terms of genes. Her figure is slim, but she rarely chooses to experience all it has to offer. She likes to remain herself, even if people would do it differently.

Psychological Appearance

Her Father was a kind man. Gentle and wise, she would say. He would teach her all she would want to know, and all she needed to know. As in Fishery, there is many tricks and tips that would make work more appreciable and fuller in ethic. She was taught to work hard, but smart. Never waste time with a fish that is half gone and half not. Throw what would be to grow out for another time. Use what you have with wisdom and care. Not just one or the other.

Her Mother was also kind and gentle. She was definitely what some may call equal to her Father. In that they both took mentoring roles, and caring roles. Since Sabrina is the only child, her Mother is most definitely more nurturing of her than say, one with two children. Her Mother however is more importantly the one who would mostly teach how to prepare for social life. Preparing for the ridicule that can sometimes happen. Making friends. Simple things. Sabrina really appreciates the simple things, mostly because of her Mother.

She has a younger Cousin, who was 'adopted' into the family home without choice on either side. It was a forced decision by the Mayor. Though not at all a bad one. The young girl is Lydia. And she is especially eccentric and most definitely looks up to Sabrina in many ways. She is Eleven, and thus not eligible for the Hunger Games as of yet.

To no means of mercy or pain, her Father did pass away however. It was a quick passing, and in all honesty, they were prepared for it. It was a reality that had to hit at some point, as he had developed an unknown illness that affected his brain. The Capitol denied requests to have him sent to proper Hospitals. And due to this, Sabrina has a defined pressure to protect his memory and not trust the Capitol so easily. Nor rely on them if the time came to do so.

Games-Worthy Traits

Sabrina is, of course, a talented fisher-woman. She can catch fish, if available, and use a range of equipment as if they were to be weaponry. Such as the Trident. Though not notably, as she is much better with a spear or 'harpoon' kind of tool. Either could be utilized as weapons in the Games. And these would be her prominent choices of arsenals.

She wasn't taught things like firemaking and wood chopping. She was taught fishing hooks and line tying. Hook attaching and custom reels. Nothing complicated, and anything but complicated would be simple. Hooks were taught to her by her Father and she utilizes them daily. Same with lines and reels. But reels are too difficult to create in the games, really. Not without multinational amounts of resources.

Her leadership skills are very good. She is good at assessing a situation and modifying her own plans to suit. But she does lack the ruthlessness needed to fully spree in the Games. She wasn't born to kill people the same age as her Cousin. Nor cause grief to people's families. She lacks the willpower to cope with these deaths and such in a way that would make her a career. Because of this, she hasn't opted in for any of the career programs. This is a major weakness for her, especially considering the amount of hope and expectation her District would have of her would be minimal.
