Run along the rooftops[Ella blitz]

Your feet move soundlessly as you run along the decrepit rooftops of the seam. This was the easiest form of travel through the district and you couldn't understand why more people didn't do this with you. They must be too afraid you thought, your lips quirking up in a smile. There was snow on the tops of the roofs but you didn't really care, your bare feet weren't cold, plus, they gave you better grips on the rooftops. As you skidded to a halt, you looked down on the district you now called home and thought you spotted someone you thought you knew. You leaped down from the roof, your feet cushioning your fall and you padded up to the girl. "Hello" You said, smiling. You were actually wearing a shirt today, you'd prefer not to freeze in this icy weather thank you very much but you were only in a single long sleeve shirt. You still didn't see the point of shoes, they were a nuisance, one you didn't need at all.

Looking around the seam, I twiddle my thumbs. Home. There. But "home" is where there are people crying and yelling. The seam, even if its not exactly quiet, its better then home. "Hello" a boy says. It takes me a second to realize they were talking to me. Haha. Typical me. Sure. I don't recognize the voice, but turn around anyway to look at the boy. No shoes. Ha! Idiot. Atleast the boy's wearing a shirt. I slightly shudder at that thought. Cant stand any boys without a shirt. Just… no. Okay. Um. Hi? Do I know you or something? I question him. Never seen him in my life. I think. And if he doesn't have a good reason for talking to me so help me g- you know what I mean. I push some un-wanted hair out of my eyes to see the boy better. Maybe I know him. Not really sure. He better hope I do. Or else- wait, I already went through that sentence. Sooo sorry. Not.
