Snip is albino. Therefore, he has nervous red eyes and snow-white hair. His hair is unkempt and isn't given much attention. His skin is pale and almost flawless. Snip is tall and thin. He usually just wears jeans, sneakers, and a T-shirt. Despite being albino, he refuses to wear glasses. He just wears contacts.

Personality:

The most striking thing about Snip is that he is scared of water. This stems from his parents dying in a shipwreck and him almost drowning as a small child. Even taking a shower is an ordeal for him, but he just grits his teeth and does it. Due to being albino, his eyesight is poor. However, all of his other senses are above average. Snip is friendly and thoughtful, but people don't usually want to be around him because he can't stand being around water. In District 4, there is water everywhere. Snip cannot escape it. This leads to him being fearful and nervous much of the time, and sometimes he's even contemplated suicide because his life sucks so much. Despite his nervousness, Snip is very competitive and determined. He is also very intelligent.

History:

Snip wasn't always afraid of water. In fact, he loved the ocean up until he was three, when his parents were lost in a shipwreck. He was immediately moved to an orphanage because he has no surviving relatives. At the orphanage, the staff could care less about his fear of water. When he was six, they forced him to start taking swimming lessons. He couldn't swim and almost drowned. Even though he was rescued before any harm could befall him, his hydrophobia grew to the point where he can't even stand being around water. He is seen as a special case at the orphanage, but nobody cares, anyway. They don't make him take swimming lessons anymore, but he is still dragged kicking and screaming to the ocean on field trips with his school.
