needa plot for the twins!

Kays, so I have a lovely pair of twins who need a plot.
Diana Arcadia Lupe London

Illiana AnnwnLondon Cain
--Arcadia has been raised in District Two by her grand-father, and has volunteered for the Hunger Games. Shes distant and doesn't really know what emotions are like. Cady has no idea she had an older twin(I know, I know separated twins has been done sooo much, I was going to do a half sibling, or older/younger one, but I wanted them to be full-blooded sisters, and the twins dad died before they were born.) Cady actually hates the Captiol surprisingly enough, but is trying to focus on finding the Games fun and exciting... she can always develop morals after shes killed the last of her enemies of the Arena. Arcadia volunteered for the Games for two reasons: Her Father would kill her if she didnt, and she feels bad every year one of her old peers has to go and die, so Arcadia has decided to step in, and save a fellow D2 life. Shes (gonna be) fighting for her life in the Arena while...
--Illiana has been raised in District Eight, and has only ever known five other people(Illiana usually has an excuse to not attend Reapings, but when she does, the girl is always hidden under a cloak and doesnt even look at people.) She knows there are other people in the world, and has even seen some in the illegal woods near her home. Lana has been raised to be passionate and loving, unlike her distant, dreamer of a sister. She too does not know of a twin, but has recently discovered she is not a native of District Eight. As the Hunger Games start, the nearly eighteen year old girl has found she has a growing connection with Tribute Cady London. Illiana is struggling to find out who her real family is, while also deciphering her strange bond with the girl shes never met, and can tell is a Career, something Lana hates almost as much as the citizens of the Capitol themselves.
What I'm trying to do with the twins all depends on how long Arcadia survives and -cross fingers- if she wins the Games. Seeing as how Cady wont be meeting many people she isn't trying to kill for awhile, I gotta make do with a plot for Illiana.
Id like her to have a friend, maybe a wanderer or somebody of the Uprisers--just some people who might be able to help Lana find out about her parentage. If Cady dies, Illiana might try to help bring down the Capitol, but if she lives then well... it'll be very interesting. If you have any ideas for the two charrys, just tell me here because quite honestly I don't have many ideas of what the heck to do with them. Ive attached links for their bios here. Thanks peeps!
