So here I am,

Cinder needs a killer or potential new-owner to take Rashta Minthe, my second character ever and my darling little District Twelve baby. Her bio is here. Shes gone through some stuff so shes a little more serious and suspicious than what her bio describes, but anyways I'd either like her to be adopted (Id really like that) or killed off if worse comes to worse. Shes sixteen, female, and single. Always has been. I love her dearly because shes your average all-Panemian girl, but I'm making a new character and I decided I need to get rid of somebody. I don't use her much, and I really haven't plotted much with her so shes basically like a brand new character, you could even change her to suite your purpose a bit.
