Clearly you don't have to explain your opinions if you have a tribute. For those who don't have tributes, though, who would be your top 5 biggest threats in the Games and why?

The fact that Arden isn't a threat leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. You don't attack your threats, usually, unless you can afford to. Threats intimidate you. You're going to attack someone you expect to get ganged up on. Those people aren't threats.
