Water - Ocean, Cove, Beach, Pirate Ship (as long as water is BOILED, no iodine) freshwater stream in the Palm Forest (can boil or use iodine)
Small Game - Palm Forest
Large Game Palm Forest
Edible/Medicinal Plants - Palm Forest, Seaweed Room, Cove
Firewood - Driftwood Room, Palm Forest

Medicinal Items

Herbs: -1.0 Damage without First Aid; -2.0 Damage if First Aid was taken as well. (if no Edible/Medicinal station was taken, refer to the Non-Combat Dice Rolls thread)
Bandages: 5ft per fight (per person, if you have an alliance and wish to heal the others as well) -0.5 damage without First Aid; -1.0 with First Aid.
Needle and Thread: May be used twice total. Good for -2.5 damage without first aid station, -5.0 with first aid station. YOU MAY ONLY USE TWICE PER GAMES DAY.
