Haven: Supply Visit One

Leadership isn't easy. Especially when your Haven McCallister. As leader of The Uprising, she was to travel from the barren ruins of District 13 to the fine, luxurious destination of District 1.

Her goal as a leader was to re-make a rebellion. A group that could overthrow the damned Capitol. Even with her strength, stamina, and stealth, she couldn't do it alone. But then again, she knew some people.

That's where Regan Shanke came in. As an the new gang's Supplier, she was put with the duty of supplying The Uprising with a variety of tools that they can use such as bombs to even information.

Regan was one of the few people Haven could trust. With the new gang starting, there was no doubt that they would be tracked down by the other competition. But also with Regan being a citizen of District 1, they were treated with the finest material. With an exception of Capitol, of course, but at the moment Regan was the best they could get.

As Haven continued to walk cautiously towards the fence of District 1, she looked around for her trusted supplier.

Regan:

I clambered to the top of the fence and looked down. I didn't want the blue prints to get ripped or dirty. I twisted my left foot so it would easily fit into the chain link but lost my balance and fell over with a thump. I was so luck I fell on my back outside the district and not on my front where I had a small can of gunpowder stashed in my purse. It was enough for only one bomb, but it was all I can swipe with the blueprints from Dad's study without him noticing.
I popped up and scanned for Haven. I wanted revenge for Sarah's death, and the one way I could get it while staying loyal, in a way, to my family was to become the supplier. Plus, I didn't want to leave Grake. He didn't need me abandoning him while he didn't know his family. I was doing this for him, too. I didn't want him to be picked for the next Games, and there was a chance he could be. I'll be the first to admit it, I fell head over heels for a guy I barely even knew.
Haven offered a way for revenge, and I want to help.

Haven: Supply Visit One

Haven saw Regan immediately after she toppled off the fence. She was relieved Regan came. If she hadn't showed up, she would've traveled across from the ruins to there for no reason at all.

She had ordered some blue prints to make a bomb and some gunpowder. With enough of it, The Uprising could really do some damage.

After the fall, Haven walked up to Regan with a smile that was miles wide.

"Hey Regan. Did you bring the delivery? And...." I look around her to see if anyone followed. "Any news?"

With 2 gangs in District 1, The Prestige and The Untouchables, she needed to know what was going on.

[Breeze-Chan]

"Yeah, I have them, but I only have enough gunpowder for one and a half and the blueprints are from last year, their simple, and the bomb works. The Reaping is over and the Opening Ceremonies has started. The poor souls are Topaz and Dante Gould, Ireigh Lynn and Donovan Blade," I began to list the tributes starting with district 1 and going down to district 12, "And I heard Blue has two five year old siblings that depends on her to bring home as much food as she can. I'm pretty sure some tributes have it worst at home." I finished before passing her the blueprints and began digging in my tissue stuffed purse. I stuffed my purse with tissue in case it hit something, I didn't want to risk being blown up.
Who would help then? Who would get revenge for the hundreds of children the capital killed?
What they do is wrong, and I hope that I can see the end of the Hunger Games.

Haven: Supply Visit One

Haven listened carefully at the information being given to her. To be a good leader, it was crucial that she knew these things. She hears about the tributes and then....

Dante Gould: Member of The Untouchables. His name makes her stomach churn. Him being the "rival" and all. But no. The true enemy was the Capitol.

"Thank you, Regan. You've been a big help. Really," she nodded and smiled. "You're really great and once again, thank you and bye."

She nodded once more, took the blue prints and the gunpowder, and began to walk towards the ruins of District 13. Home.

Two Weeks Later...

Ran Fan Yao stood in the District 13 ruins, waiting for Regan Shanke. She wanted information on the Untouchables, and maybe some on their friends Fringe and the Prestige. The alliance had been shaky since the deaths of Haven and Caden, and she wanted to know more about them before going to re-establish it.

They also needed medical supplies (which were rare and probably not going to happen) and more weapons. As the new VP of the Uprising, it was her job to go and get the information and supplies. So she waited, fidgeting.

[Breeze-Chan]

I slid under the fence, tearing my jeans. I cursed loudly, then
covered my mouth. Dammit! I hoped nobody heard me. I looked
into District 1, happy nobody came to the gate. I scanned for
Haven. I haven't talked to her in a while. In my tissue stuffed
bag, right next to the gun powder, where scraps of metal for
bombs, a few hand guns( .55 cal) with their firing pins taken out,
the firing pins for the guns, bullets, a few ace bandages, few
medicine packs, blueprints, and a small pack of food for Haven for
the way back to the Base.

Ran Fan waited, fidgeting, for Regan. She wondered if Regan knew Haven and Caden were dead, and dreaded telling her.

[Breeze-Chan]

I spotted a girl fidgeting not to far off. Maybe Haven sent her. I jogged over to the girl.
"Hello, are you looking for someone?" I asked.

[Gorim]

"If you are Regan Shanke, then I'm looking for you." Ran Fan said. "I'm Ran Fan Yao, the new Vice President of the Uprising."

[Breeze-Chan]

"new? What happened to the old one?" I
asked. "Where's Haven?" I needed to know.
There would be a reason Haven would be here unless they
where planing the attack, and I knew they didn't have the
supplied to win. Not yet.

[Gorim]

Ran Fan hadn't been itching to tell this girl the news.

"She's dead. Adelaide is the new leader." Ran Fan said slowly. If she wanted to know more, Ran Fan would be obligated to say. She herself could have done without the details, however.

[Breeze-Chan]

I swallowed hard. I had a bad feeling about asking but I did it
anyways. "How?" my voice shook. It wasn't
the bomb, was it? I would hate myself if I gave her the thing that
killed her.

[Gorim]

Ran Fan sighed. She'd been hoping she wouldn't have to tell.

"Caden betrayed us and attacked her. Haven set off a bomb that took them both out," she said softly. "Well... Actually, he survived. But another member found and killed him."

[Breeze-Chan]

I swallowed as I shed the bag and handed it it. "I brought gun powder, scraps of metal for bombs, a few hand guns with their firing pins taken out, the firing pins for the guns, bullets, a few ace bandages, few medicine packs, blueprints, and a bit of food for your trip back. The hunger Games selcetion last time was a fluke. The new slection should be coming soon."
