She has light green eyes and a face which makes her look childish. She has a small nose and eyebrows which are very thin.
A bored look often falls on her face. Her face rarely breaks into a smile unless she is pretending or genually impressed. At her school she can often be seen with rather good looking boys in her group of popular kids. The group goes around and picks on others while the teacher isn't looking.
Her voice is small and gets high pitched when she is nervous. Most of the time though it is full of sarcasm.

This girls personality doesn't show on her face. In fact, she tries and succeeds most of the time to hide her true personality. She likes to think she is cold an heartless, but she acts like that around her friends. In reality she is really scared of everything. She's scared that her friends don't actually like her. She's scared that the pimple on her face is going to grow so large it will cover her whole mouth and she won't be able to breath.
She is also what you call a "girly girl." Most of what she does is gossip about boys. Most boys she likes she persuades home with her. Most of the time by giving them some of her money. Her family isn't as poor as most in that district. Meghan is glad of that and doesn't have a grudge against the capitol because her family isn't being put down by them. In fact, when she sees a peacekeeper beating someone up she cheers him/her on! That is just because she wants to have power of people by making them think she is cruel.
This girl is also a good actor. Her parents don't know a thing about her being a bully at school. In fact, they think she is a sweet little girl because when she is around them she is the sweetest thing. She also acts during school time when she's a bully. She is neither sweet or really a bully. She just doesn't want people to know she is insecure while she is at school, and at home she doesn't want her parents to think she is a bully.

This little baby was born in her house 18 years ago. She has grown up getting more than most people in the district due to her families wealth. Her grandparents came to posses a priceless diamond which they sold so she now lives better than most people in this district. Around the same comfort level as peacekeepers. When she was 6 was when she really started caring about her appearance and took an acting class in her kindergarten class.
Meghan was so good at acting she decided the best way to make sure no one thought she was insecure was to act. She did act. At school she became the bully who ruined other's lives and at home she would bring her mother strawberries. Strawberries is Megan's favorite fruit. She started likening them because they are so brightly colored and beautiful, just like how she thinks she is.
Megan also used her acting talent to get what she wants. She often pretends to be a small, scared girl if a peacekeeper comes to her for someone tattling on her at school for being bad. A little girl who is scared of the big scary peacekeeper obviously couldn't have done anything wrong!
When she was 12 and people started tagging each other in school with names like: "Dweeb" and "Popular," Meghan made sure she was classified as popular. She joined all the people who were already labeled and started putting others down to bring herself up. She did that for a few years and now she is classified as one of the most popular people in school. Not by being kind and caring though...
