Isolation Facilities

Deep below the other sectors of District Thirteen’s underground facilities are the isolation facilities, where those who break the law of the District are sent for reformation. Additionally, in response to the recent influx of Wanderers to Thirteen, refugees are initially sent to the Isolation Facilities for interrogation and quarantining procedures. Only accessible to those with high-level clearance, the Isolation Facilities are a sector shrouded in mystery, and it appears the elites of Thirteen would like to keep it that way.
