Brother of the B****, Anyone?

...Um, yeah, it's exactly what the title says.

Basically, I have this character called Nila Doherty. In short, she's an absolute bitch. But she's a very insecure bitch, and she's got a lot of issues. Basically, there are a lot of sides of her to explore.

Thing is, she has a brother, Gavin. Gavin is pretty much the outcast-type. When they were children, he wasn't anything special, so their dad pretty much ignored him and only paid attention to Nila. Gavin got mixed up in a bunch of crazy shit, and he smokes and fun stuff like that.

Oh, yeah, and he blames Nila for their mother's death. There's that.

I was going to create him myself, but then I realized that wouldn't be nearly as much fun. After all, I can't very well roleplay with myself, can I? Besides, I thought that someone else might have a good time getting to know him.

Also, I really don't care if anyone who might want to play him wants to change something about him. His name, his smoking...the only thing I need is a guy who was ignored by his family and hates his sister. Mmkay?

If you would like to get a bit of a better feeling for his character, click here. This is the District Four reaping thread, where I made a post with Nila. She interacts with Gavin a bit in it. He's quite sarcastic and angry-seeming, but, as I said, that's subject to change.

Now, just a couple of preferences...

• I would really prefer if you, the rper, was at least at an average/moderate level. I would consider myself average-high (somewhere in that range, it really depends on a lot), and I can't roleplay well with people who post less than four hundred words.
  
  
• I would also prefer if I wasn't currently involved in another plot with you at the moment. I like everybody, and I'd want to be able to work with a lot of different people to get used to everyone's writing styles.

If you want to, yeah. I also forgot that I had him as the age of 21, but that is also subject to change. He was just that age because Nila is seventeen, and their mother was killed in childbirth. I thought Gavin should be able to remember their mother, so he's four years older. Of course, it could always be that he thought his mother might have loved him or something of that affect if you want him younger...

Hmm...they could be twins. [Gavin] was born first, Nila kills their mother as she's born second. Father likes Nila more, abandons [Gavin], who believes that their mother would've loved him. Does that sound good?

Btw, it's Nila [Nie-luh], not Nilla. ^^

You're right, he is pretty good. I found it surprisingly difficult to find a decent blond-haired guy for the part, but he actually works.

And pssht. Disney actors may suck, but they're alright looking. xD

Which is why they're such great Face Claims. They look good, and you can improve their "acting" by massive amounts, sometimes even up to x Chuck Norris.

He's very good, Shrimp. Although when I first read he was a little asexual, I was like, "Aw...really?" But I got over it really quickly.
