(OOC. Ruby can wake up now)
Gabriel.
Gem cast an annoyed look at Marks' back and continues to elaborate on her question.
"Gabriel, you say that we are here to help the districts. But you haven't said what we are going to do to help. Ever since the day I first met you, you have said that you have a plan to help the districts. But you haven't told me or Kyra what that plan is, nor have you said a single word about it. That's what I want to know- what is you plan."
I nod and reach a different pile of hay, and sit down on it, absently flexing my wings as if they were actually a part of me, and begin with introductions. I point to each as I say their name. "Gem, Kyra, the unconcious one is Gem's sister, she followed us, the one standing with Kyra and Gem saw me capture Gem's sister, that's why she's here, and the one on the pile of hay through a rock at me. Keep an eye on her." I run through introductions quickly and they're over before you know it.
"Mark does the same thing I do. Smuggles people out. The only problem is that he didn't have a team. I figured, instead of getting a team together here in the district, it would be easier if I brought most of the team with me.
Mark has contacted the people who have accepted the risk in order to escape, and they are to be waiting in a house I bought on the outskirts of town. There are two children, a mother and two men among the escapees.
At nine in the evening, just before all the work in the district stops, we will make our way to and from that house, taking advantage of the fact that the peacekeepers are preoccupied with workers. We will have to make our way to the edge of the district, and cross a marsh filled with mutts. I have a few inventions that will help us get through. However if you don't follow me exactly, the mutts will descend and get you.
The marsh is the only weakness in the fence, but if you don't have the right equiptment, more deadly than other spots. The fence doesn't go through the marsh; the peackeepers are confident that the mutts can contain anyone who tries to go that way.
After we get out of the marsh, we will be covered in cold mud so we wil be sufficiently concealed from heat radar which is their only way of seeing outside of the district.
We have to quickly make our way through the prairie. We have to cover three miles in a matter of an hour before we make it to the end of surveilance outside District three. Any questions?"
