Zuka's eyes followed the lamb as it fell down in a state of pure pain, holding it's stomach as red liquid poured out from the wound. Pure joy would have filled her at that moment, if it weren't for the unbearable agony that continued to throb through her with each heartbeat. The world continued to spin around her, causing her to follow the blazing lights in a state of bewilderment. And soon, she was in a world that she knew didn't exist... a cruel world that she had already left.Zuka stared into the eyes of Katie as the world spun around her, in awe of the wide variety of colors that danced around her. The colors reflected in her eyes, distracting her from the reality that she faced at that moment: She was dying. Each drop of blood that fell from her wounds was like a ticking clock, each drop seeping onto the ground being like the seconds that ticked away the last remaining breaths she held in her pained body.
She still refused to believe that she was able to be beat. Her, the amazing Zuka that had killed her own mother in an act of pure selfishness. Her, the one who had killed the first tribute in the Games. Her, the second to last one to die. Even though that title sounded fitting to some, it left her in a state of hopelessness and frustration. It wasn't until the sword came slashing down upon her chest did she truly clutch on to that title. And soon, the world went black as she stepped into the clutches of death. Zuka, the second to last one to die, had left the Arena.
How peculiar it was that Zuka remembered each detail, even though she barely paid attention to the things around her as her last remaining breaths drifted from her parted lips. It almsot felt as if she were back in that moment, for the pain was the exact same as before. Her eyes snapped up, just to make sure she hadn't traveled back in time, almost expecting to see the girl that had ended her life, though all she saw was the lamb charging toward her.
A cut on the back of the head, one that shed more scarlet liquid into her brown mane of hair. It was a short burst of pain, though it still caused her to sway back and forth on her hands and knees. Her vision blurred more than before, causing the lamb to become unfocused. Just like before, she was beginning to die, if that was even possible. How peculiar, a lamb killing a lion. They never told you that side of the story.
A low growl escaped her lips as pain thundered through her, her face following the lamb as it seemed to sway back and forth in her vision. 'Stay still, let me kill you,' she thought quietly to herself in a fit of frustration, her approach slow and careful as she studied her target. Once more she was ready to leap. She prayed it would be the last. With her claws outstretched before her, she launched herself toward her prey, a snarl escaping her lips once more as she aimed to kill.[Attacks Zack - Switchblade (Knife)]

[Deep Gash on Left Forearm - 8.0]
It was a strong attack, though it wasn't enough. She wanted to see the boy before her drop in a heap on the ground and experience the same feeling of death that she had. She wanted to hear his last breath leave his lips as his body convulsed as it fought for air. She wanted to see him die in his own puddle of blood, for the beast inside of her was not pleased with just a gash.
A beast she was, a beat she would remain.
