The Keeni family has no deep roots within the fences of District Six, but they’re well known for the… characters in the family tree. The only thing the siblings have in common is their mother, Nina. They all have different fathers – a result of her, ahem, ‘job.’ Because none of them had any proper parenting - or lack thereof - each of them picked up strange or extreme habits and/or beliefs. Some of them dropped out of school at an early age to “do better things” with themselves – or other people – and while the siblings are constantly at each other’s throats with knives and pitchforks, they’re always looking out for one another and willing to pound into the ground anyone who talks bad about their siblings.

**NOTE REGARDING THOSE WHO ARE ADOPTED: the Keeni family would not intentionally go out to an orphanage to adopt someone, given that their family is already so big. Normally they just sorta.... appear. xD

Who would you like: 15 year old female twin, named Gypsy.
Brief personality of character: Very eccentric, goes right when everyone else goes left and doesn't care, often invents her own alternate realities. From a very young age she's been convinced she sees "pictures" inside fire, and that flames speak to her; this has manifested itself as a deep passion for fire, explosions, and all things that burn. She's developed an uncanny ability to start a fire from nearly any substance, though her favorite kind of kindling are the highly flammable substances that she can occasionally manage to snatch from lab rooms left carelessly unlocked.
Quirk/habit: Pyromania.

Who would you like: The male twin (Who I'd name Pyrian, because symbolic names are for the win)

Brief personality of character: Pyrian is bright and bubbly, very excitable and occasionally overly emotional. When able (or forced) to concentrate, he has an able and intelligent mind, though usually he's too busy gawking and poking at something to use it to full effect. Most easily distracted by things bright, shiny, or colorful, there's always a collection of small, often useless baubles in his pockets.
He has a passion for flames, and will often get far too close to them than most people find comfortable, leaving him with an ever-changing collection of burns. He believes that, when in doubt, all problems can be solved with a practical application of common sense and fire.
Pyrian is also deaf. Just, y'know, as a side note,he has been from birth.

Quirk/habit: Pyromania because that's an awesome idea and I love fire

Who would you like: 9 year old boy~
Brief personality of character: His name is going to be Artemis Keeni. Artemis isn't just a girl's name you know ;D He has severe autism, that makes him always have to be in contact with another person. Preferably one of his older brothers or sisters. Breaking contact is simply the worst thing that could ever conceivably happen to him, and the idea of it terrifies him. To be lost without a chain, a link in the great big world? Holy butts! He also simply adores dressing well, but on that note he only has one outfit that he really wears over and over. He's usually relatively dirty, as he is rather good at finding mud puddles. That means that other people get dirty too, e's very physical in his love for his siblings.
Quirk/habit: If he isn't holding anyone's hand, he goes a little nuts.

Who would you like: 12 year old girl, named Halcyon.
Brief personality of character: A girl with no artistic talent but a strange attraction to art anyway, Halcyon is obsessed with color. Very picky, Halcyon has to do something she likes or else she'll clam up and refuse to do anything. She finds color everywhere, as she's a synesthete; oftentimes she becomes exasperated with others who don't understand what she's saying or thinking. With an out-of-this-world quality about her, Halcyon often looks dreamy and unfocused on anything but herself. Usually solitary, Halcyon doesn't often communicate with others outside of her family and can come off as snobbish. Don't get her wrong; she loves her siblings to bits and pieces. She just doesn't know how to show it.
Quirk/habit: Synesthesia, if it can be assumed that some non-player character in the family was also a synesthete. A more detailed article about synesthesia can be found here.

Brief personality of character: After watching her mom deal with her "job" it has made her think that the only way to get attention is through sex. She wouldn't understand boundaries and would often touch/express her feelings in the wrong way. Could possibly deal with teen pregnancy?

Brief personality of character:
So she doesn't have a name. Her little quirks turned into phobias, she has a a fear of names as well as touch. She hates anyone, and I mean anyone and anything touching her, that includes clothes. She has had to adpat though, and slowly she has allowed herself to be able to have feet on the ground, she sleeps standing and everything. She goes anywhere naked, and will allow no one or anything to touch her. She fears names so much,that she has long forgotten hers. Everyone just calls her Fear. So in a way her name is Fear!

Personality: well I see him she as a transvestite. He is a soft bloke, very sensitive. He would never hurt a fly, in fact he loves flies, the way they fly, their grace, their evolution, their will to survive, it all fascinates him. Yeah. He gets fascinated by the smallest things.. But you know what they say, small things amuse small minds. But hey! I'm not saying he not intelligent. Oh what the hell I am. He is the slowest thing around.

He hates to be center of attention. It's more than hate, you could go as far as saying that he fears it. He prefers to stick to the shadows, observing.

Habits/quirks: well he's a transvestite, and I was thinking that maybe he could have brain damage, that causes him to slurr his words and lose track of what he is thinking or saying.

Who would you like: A girl, if possible? Ella cannot do boys even if her life depended on it :c
Brief personality of character: Once a rather optimistic girl who was fed with too much religious thoughts (possibly by dad? Or mom?), but science eventually caught up to her and diminished whatever fairy tale she had inside of her head. Now a budding chemist who is rather sarcastic and only too glad to burst your bubble, a bit of a perfectionist on her work (too hard on herself) and greatly irked by whoever dares to question her work.
Quirk/habit: Bites her hair and her nails (which leads her to cutting it supersuper short so she'll stop) which everyone thinks is normal, but has autophagia and nobody knows. An insomniac, too, because she just can't leave her precious work.

Who would you like: A boy probably 16
Brief personality of character: Well he would be a very gentleman to girls. His belief is that there is a god up above who controls everything in this world. Quite smug at times that's why most some of his siblings don't like him. He is hard on himself if he does something wrong. He tries to be a perfectionist but really is not. That's why he gets very frustrated on himself for doing things wrong.
Quirk/habit: Flirts with girls a lot. He always relates stuff that happens to them to his god. He says something like if someone got hurt "You made Semper [his God's name ] mad that's why that happened to you." And if he gets frustrated with himself he places a cut on his arms or which ever part of his body he wants to hurt. And he always brags about things that people don't care about.
