There was no telling if Fish was going to make it or not, how badly in shape he was was truly shown during the trip to the cabin. Once past the fence it really hit Charlie on what she was doing, being within the district with an outsider. She had never done that before, but certainly the punishment had to be up there with murder. The capitol would assume it as some kind of rebellion and send Charlie away to where her Father is, there was no room for being slow. It was thrilling as always, but so different having someone to rely on. Charlie liked causing trouble solo, beng caught solo, dependant upon herself. One wrong move from either of them would result in both their heads.
The entire way was made up of quiet dirt roads, where rarely someone crossed your path, but once inside the private path to her Father's cabin a huge weight was lifted off Charlie's shoulders. There was no chance of anyone wandering up this way, it was too creepy and abanadoned. It looked like Fish was ready to fall over any second, but once around this area Charlie was much more eaiser with his need for breaks.
As soon as they entered the old cabin Fish crashed to the floor, clearly exhausted. He of course thanked Charlie, but also added an unexpected compliment on her big heart. A laugh forced it's way out at the thought of this, she was the last person with a big heart. Feeling rude she covered her mouth to prevent anymore giggles. "Honestly I just like to break laws." Charlie left it at that, not wanting to go into her secret ways of rebeling against the capitol. "No where near having a heart." She felt the need to clarify, the last thing she wanted was someone to expect her to be a nice person.
"There's water in a small lake behind this. I recomend boiling the water, stove should still works." Charlie points out the small burners that haven't been touched in months. The last note before she would return to the family and serve them fresh game. "Don't go in that door." Charlie shares, before turning away to exit. "Be back later." She reassures.
