Detention Center Riot

Attention!

A riot has begun in the infamous Detention Center. Inmates are raging in the yard, escapees are attempting to scale walls, and Peacekeepers are desperately trying to fight back against attacks by prisoners. Who will win? Peacekeepers or the prisoners they have tortured for so long?

Any character currently in the DC can participate in the riot as well as any Peacekeeper. Furthermore, we encourage reporting of any citizen who does not abide by the rules. The reporting thread is here!

Riot Rules

• All prisoners who want to attempt escape must post at least twice before rolling a die in a third post. If they do not successfully escape, then they are subject to an interrogation thread with a Peacekeeper.
• Fighting IS permitted; however, you must sign up to fight below. No prisoner or PK will die at 40 damage (unless otherwise desired), however they will keep all injuries sustained in the fight, i.e. a severed leg. Once a character reaches 40 damage they will be unable to fight any longer or escape (see below about escape) as they will be incapacitated.
• Peacekeepers will be wearing full-riot gear. More information to follow.
• If a character that has reached 40 would still like to escape they will require help from another escapee. However, BOTH must roll and BOTH must receive an escape number or else they will both be subject to an interrogation thread.

I'd think this was allowed, but are members allowed to make characters that are currently in the DC while this plot is going on? And if so, arethey allowed to use them in this plot? Thanks.

HOWEVER, we highly, highly, highly, highly encourage REPORTING of rule-breaking citizens throughout the Districts here. If you have been reported (yes, you can self-report), you must first receive notification from a staff member that your character has been imprisoned in the DC before signing up. You may not CREATE a character already in the DC; they must be reported into it. Go break the rules, my children. Break 'em real good.
