Why hello there, everybody. I'm uh, really nervous coming here! I must confess, this isn't the first time I've poked my nose around here. When I was eleven years old, I was obsessed with roleplaying, and I had only just started reading the Hunger Games series.
The idea of coming here and creating my own character to exist within Panem was exciting to me. So, of course, back then, I pretended to be thirteen (as you do) and attempted to get in. The only thing is, I wasn't a very good roleplayer, considering I was eleven. Not to mention, I poked around reading the posts people were making at the time... and I was intimidated. So even though there were people ready and willing to help me figure out how to create a good, flushed out character, I ran away from writing on this site and I've been stalking you guys and your games every since.
Now, here I am, twenty years old. Still not a great roleplayer, but I'm definitely better!! My love for the Hunger Games has come back and hit me full in the face, and even though I'm still intimidated by the amazingly talented writers here, I'm really willing to give this site a proper shot this time.
I've yet to give the rules a proper read. Even then, I fear I'll feel a bit lost considering just how founded this roleplay is. If there's anybody out there that would like to plot with me or take me under their wing as I learn how to settle in here... I'd really love that? Of course, I understand if that's not something anybody wants to do.
Um... anyway, this ended up a lot longer than I wanted it to be. I'm a bit of a chatterbox, haha. You guys can call me Fab.
