Town Square It seems like this is the only part of District Nine that isn't polluted by the smog that covers the rest of the district. Processing plants and signs of industry are nowhere to be seen. One's eyes immediately go to the pretty shops surrounding the square that sell only to the richest in the district and, during the Hunger Games, to the giant screens that keep citizens up to date on the bloodthirsty battles their district never seems to win. |
