She's doe-eyed as she follows her mentor towards the victor quarters. 

Olivine views the world with fascination, how the world is so different than what she imagined growing up in the fallout shelter. Salvation tastes so much stranger as she looks over the portfolio's designed for the victors this year -- kids her age. It twists her gut to think she's working for the kids who destroyed Panem; who brought the bombs. 

The door opens, and she's brought into a dimly lit trailer room with all she'd need but the shame to get it done. Olivine stands with her heels together, wearing her sect uniform with pride almost. She tries to stand any inch taller as she looks at a boy named Babe Adroxis, a murder. It raises a spike in her nerves, her heart beating faster as she pictures being in close proximity with such a person. 

A victor. 

As if it redeems a rebel, she stands behind her stylist mentor as she asks "am I going to be alone in here with him?" A panicked hush, she never imagined she would be locked in a room with a killer. "I can stay in here if you need." 

That's when Olivine inches closer to the boy from district nine, hands crossed in front of her as she approaches the victor and his vanity. He's the same age as her yet he's done such terrible things she can't help but feel a knot in her stomach forming. She looks him in the eye as she greets herself. 

To the boy named babe, she says "I hope you've been well," with a curtsey. Raising the corners of her grey skirt as she betrays her country -- it feels like treason. Why would the President choose this, to crown and pamper a districter? "My name is Olivine," she says before clearing her throat. 

"Pleasure to meet you."
