Name:Heather Thronebrook (named after a purple plant; purple is like her main color)

District/Area:8 (textiles; not very wealthy)
Appearance:Heather is relatively short at 5'4". She weighs 120 lbs. Her skin tone is a warm ivory. Her eyes are a grayish-blue that seem to shift colors in different lights. Her hair is butter vanilla blonde, with lighter creamy highlights. Her hair is naturally straight but she keeps it short to keep it out of her face. Her roots are slightly darker, creating a very slight fading effect.
She has an oval face shape and a slim but athletic figure. She has a slightly wide nose and her bottom lip is fuller than her top lip. She has no freckle or blemishes on her skin. Her eyebrows are softly arched when her face is relaxed but she can screw up her face and look very evil instantly.
Personality:She is quiet and slightly murderous but gentle and kind when it counts. She is fiercely loyal and when she loves someone, she loves so totally and so completely others may find it intense and off-putting. She has a kind of morbid fascination/skill with knives. she is very good with them and knows tricks others don’t.
She grew up an orphan- her parents died when her sister, Hazel, was three, so she basically raised her little sister by herself. She is very close to her sister and would do anything for her. Her sister was called in a reaping and Heather volunteered immediately. Her sister’s death was staged before the games- she actually goes to District 13, This way her sister is safe and it gives Heather sympathy before the games even start.
Heather has been secretly helping the rebellion as much as she can without giving herself away. She goes to such extreme lengths to hide it that on the surface, she looks like a hard-core Capital supporter.

She became extremely skilled at mending clothes etc. Through her work, she gained a fascination for knives and her parents trained her how to use them, hinting that they worked with the rebellion. They died mysteriously when Heather's sister Hazel was 5 and Heather was 10. Heather was left to basically raise Hazel in the community home.
Heather found solace in secretly helping the rebellion although in her notebooks and textbooks for school, she sketched images of the capitol and pretty dresses. When her sister was called at a Hunger Games reaping, Heather volunteered instantly. Since she had no family other than Hazel, when she was allowed to say her goodbyes, she gave Hazel a deeply encrypted note and tucked it into the back of her dress. On the note it gave instructions on how to stage Hazel's death in case Heather was reaped (by natural process or volunteering). Hazel also gave her a flower pendent from one of Heather's rebellion friends. It had a hidden compartment in it.
Heather had plans on top of plans all the time- she was always at least 25 steps ahead of the game. She is a bit of a pessimist but she believes she is just being realistic to stay alive. If she ever got reaped, she knew Hazel would be in good hands with the rebellion, so she felt secure in her decision to focus not on surviving, but leaving a significant lasting impact. Her goal was always to worm her way into everyone's hearts and change the world without the world knowing until it was too late.
Other: Love interest is Archer Clearhorn. His profile and personality is a work in progress but he was the other tribute for District 8. They fall in love before and during the games and try to keep it secret but people find out when Archer dies at some point during the Games and Heather loses her mind. Open to others playing him.
