Held in a similar manner to the career olympic foil events (referring to this), campers may opt to compete in volunteered 1v1 fights where they fence until one of the two competitors gets "tapped out" (reaches 15, rolling 1-4 per post as they fight). Campers may also opt to compete individually, where their skills are scored on a scale of 1-10 with each attack (of 3) that they make. Their total score will be tallied up. Winners of 1v1s will earn a badge, and the overall highest score of the individual scores will also receive a badge.

Campers competing individually will have a dummy, similar to the training center, that they may attack.

Campers may use whatever weapon they want in either option. While they may look real, they are only models of what the actual weapon is like. No damage will be dealt to the actual character unless they wish to fight hand to hand, where a waiver must be signed that we do not count ourselves responsible for any damage done.

Winners will receive a swordsmanship badge, with their weapon of choice being the main icon of the badge.

OOC: Campers fighting in a hand-to-hand combat option still use 1-4, and if they wish to have actual damage be dealt, they can decide amongst themselves what each is worth in terms of harm to the camper!
