after the storm // 91st victory tour

Hello hello hello! With a brand new victor must come a Victory tour, and Storm and I will be no exception to that rule, so at last, here we are! Like in the books, the tour itself will take place six months after the Games end in the dead of winter, which may or may not have given this lil baby gay of mine a chance to recover somewhat, and what better way to heal (or reopen) some old wounds than some little excursions throughout all twelve districts?

I'll be doing my best to keep things relatively chronological with my writing to keep the development consistent since I'm an organizational weirdo like that, so threads that take place in the Capitol immediately after the Games end or in Nine in the six month interim will likely be written before any threads in the Tour itself, which will then go down the list from Twelve to the Capitol and back home again. I'm really willing to write most anything anywhere (all at once?) as long as there's an idea behind it, so don't be shy to share!

So obviously, you've already got Saber/Storm thread. Juicy gamemaker and victor drama.

In Six or maybe the Capitol, your choice. Uncle Teddy could offer a helping hand. Give Storm some wise words as he's getting older or let storm cry on his shoulder, whatever works. If it's in Six, Teddy could try and let Storm breath for a minute away from the victory tour. Maybe even go to the grave :eyes:

District Eight: I think we should have Jordan and Storm meet maybe by accident. Have an interesting convo between a criminal who lost his brother to the capitol. Have some interesting vibes.

District Twelve: Come meet Carter, he'll give some flowers <3 Also cry because Storm was small like him!
