Agent P, or simply Perry to those who know him in his day to day life, he's an adopted platypus living a double life as a secret agent for the O.W.C.A. (The Organization Without a Cool Acronym a.k.a. "The Agency"). The platypus was adopted some 5 years ago by the Flynn-Fletcher family, the perfect place for him to create a cover when he is not out in the field. The boys liked that it looked like he was looking at both Phineas and Ferb at the same time. Those around him love to be silly, but Perry is always deadly serious. They say no one has ever seen him smile. |
