CareerLife is just another adventure, and Nova is ready to take it for the ride. Every morning when she wakes up, she aspires to do one new thing and try something she's never tried before. It's definitely easier said than done though. It takes a lot of thinking and a lot of planning to make sure that everything is coming together since most of her time is spent at the training center learning to fight. Going into the hunger games is always ideal, but Nova plans on becoming a trainer once she's no longer eligible for the reaping. Teaching people how to prepare for the games is more important to her than earning the title of victor.
But when Nova isn't training, she spends her time learning to surf. Sometimes it's easy, yet most of the time she falls flat on her ass. The reason she wants to learn to surf is to realize that even if she falls as long as she stands back up and tries again, she'll continue to learn. It's the same thing when training at the academy - many times Nova has failed to complete something, but instead of giving up completely, she makes sure she's able to stand tall again.
Yet when she's locked away in her room, one of her favorite things to do is make music and sing to songs she creates entirely on her own. It offers her a sense of escape from the reality of the world where people are constantly dying for unknown reasons. Singing gives her freedom she desires, but sometimes it never seems like enough when she's trying to live up to the Sumner name.7/10 CBS... i have 3 left after this that expire soon!
