Fourth Tribute in the Shallow Stream

The low sound of a horse whinnying catches the tribute's attention first, makes them slow their step and look around for the source of the noise. All it takes is a blink, before they wonder how they didn't notice it sooner. The image of a horse, galloping, fast as lightning—right through the clouds. Faster, faster, an electric purple mane whips around them, crackling with energy as their strides carry them along the wind. The tribute watches as it climbs higher up the cliffside, into the dense fog of cloud ahead without a trace.
