Delivery Word for Elm

The letter is written on a page from a manga book, ripped out of the center. The images out of context make very little sense and the writing is in cypher. In the margins, a message is written in blotched black ink, probably from a calligraphy pen. The writing is cramped but neat and legible:

Leg's healing great, thanks for asking.
