Alliance Strength Test

Like the light step stations test, we are going to be running a possible new mandate mechanic test as an in-character training centre event Essentially, it will change how damage is distributed in alliance vs alliance mandates, meaning that everyone in the fight will receive damage rather than 2 people from one alliance and 2 from the other. For example, if allies Fred, Aristotle and Alex were fighting allies Persephone, Quino and Fluoro, the fight would look like this:

Fred vs Persephone
Aristotle vs Quino
Alex vs Fluoro

But it would all be in the same thread and following the usual posting order.

The test will be run as a TC event, existing allies will face each other in a simulation room with training weapons. Each tribute will have 20hp and if they reach 20, they will be 'knocked out.' Some fights will have a 1 knock out requirement and others a 2. If Alex knocks out Fluoro, they must continue posting but not hit anyone until the 2nd person in the fight is knocked out. If this test is found to be successful, it will not be imposed on all alliance fights. Instead, it will be an option for GMS on some and tributes may request it if both alliances agree.

The new 24-hr rule will also imposed on this event.

Sign Ups
Sign ups will close on Sunday 4th February 11:59pm PST and the fights will start the next day. Fights will run until Wednesday 14th February regardless of if the knockout requirement has been met.

Participating in this event will grant you 1 IC sponsorship point. If solos would like to participate, they’re welcome to pair up or join a pair to make a 3 person alliance just for this event.
