It's the soft crunch of snow against her boot that sets in for her. A chill among the cold snow where the woods dense into the quiet forests she's used to. Pinecones lingering along the path she's taking; there's other footprints around as she moves. It's a laughable feat that she's managed to get this far. A sort of chill setting in as she looks around this place. It's a circle that she's going to be walking; easier to track the others when she needs to find them. Hal and Marceline would be fine without her if it came down to it. She wanted to find others; spread out her supplies and discover what could be out there. The forest was her home. This one lingers with the eerie feeling of emptiness as the rising tower in the distance is all she can see. It's a looming tower of uncertainty as she looks towards it. A chill settling in.
A small break couldn't hurt. She steps towards the tower; approaching from the ground as she looks around to see where there could be ways to go. There's stairs going up higher as the tower stands above all of them. An omen of change residing along the forest; she could understand why the gamemakers wanted to act as if they were the gods themselves. This place was beautiful by all means. She steps up the tower looking around for anything interesting. A silence setting in as she discovers something there. A chill as she looks around finding what she must from here. She needed to keep moving. Marceline and Hal had to be somewhere and she didn't want to stick around here and find out if anyone was around.
The ground is comfortable when she reaches it. íssmús curls in deeper into her pockets as she looks up. There's a whine of the wind as she can feel something off about the air. Her eyes scanning around as she speaks with a calm voice. "Hello, wandering spirit." The piercing blue eyes scan once more, there's nothing but the wind around her. Was it just the wind? Was it just the sound of her own heart beating in her chest? She didn't want to find out. Instead, she holds the sword out in case of anyone, her eyes glistening with that piercing vision as she sighs comfortably. The woods were her home; no one else's. "Come on out, I won't hurt you, spirit."
