The 3rd person at the art installations will discover that the bicycle float actually moves when pedaled. It’s not fast by any means but it’s a lot less work than trekking through the desert. There’s a nostalgic little bell on the handlebar and streamers that flutter in the breeze. Plus, who doesn’t love hauling a neon-lit float?!
