97th 24-hour Posting Rule

Given their success in the last Games, we are continuing the 24-hour posting rule procedure for the 97th Hunger Games:

As a reminder: in order to keep mandates fights moving at a smooth pace, once it becomes your turn to post, you have ~24 hours to post with your tribute.

These rules are on a per-fight basis, meaning we start with a fresh slate each games day and track records do not carry over from one day to the next.

Process:
* first time 24-hour rule is surpassed: you get a warning
* second time: you are stunned for the round (cannot attack but must still post)
* third time: you are skipped entirely from posting that round but may still be attacked.

Of course, real life will always take precedence and sometimes timezones can be very spread out. If something unexpected happens or you know that you may not be able to post by a certain time, please inform the members in your fight and Gamemakers, if you’re able to do so. For the ease of communication between tributes during mandates, we recommend making a group chat so tributes are aware it is their turn to post.

* Remember fillering is an option, you can filler 3 times per games day and you can also use a tribsitter if necessary!
