98th - Post Based Sponsorship

POST BASED SPONSORSHIP

We will be continuing the routine of post-based sponsorship for the 98th Games so some of you can put your purses away!  A reminder that with there being a lot of items available in the arena via locations and scavenging, sponsorship of this kind will be limited. 

Special Note: For the 98th, the GMs have decided to re-implement the ability for members to sponsor items to tributes within the arena. These are limited to JFF (Just For Fun) items and will cost 750 site dollars, as was traditional in previous games! The cost for JFF items will not increase day to day. A form for these requests will be included below. 

Point Collection

Tributes may collect points in the following ways:

Interactions: 

- Tributes can successfully collect a point from interacting with the following groups:
     - Other tributes
     - Victors
     - Capitolites
     - Stylists & Escorts
     - Gamemakers

- Interactions must be between two or more writers. Solo threads do not count.

- Have a minimum of one post from each person in the thread. Fillers do not count for all parties, regardless of whoever used it, meaning a filler post will deem the entire thread ineligible for interaction points.

- Have one thread for one tribute to count as interactions. However, if you do participate in a group thread, you are eligible to claim one tribute you have not previously written with as part of your interaction!

Mandated Fights

- Tributes can now collect up to 2 points from mandated threads within the Games.


TIER ONE

If a tribute has 3 participation points, they may choose one of each bullet point:
• 1 iodine tablet OR one braided loaf
• empty canteen OR rope
• tarp OR fish net
• flint
• 5 ft bandages


TIER TWO

If a tribute has 6 participation points, they may choose one of each bullet point:
• sachet of flower petals (1 use blossom tea, -3 healing)
• leather canteen (full/UNPURIFIED)
• silver dagger (knife) OR leather whip OR silver pike (spear) OR slingshot + spiked ammo x4 (throwing knives)


TIER THREE

If a tribute has 12 participation points, they may choose one of each bullet point:
• antidote
• full medkit (needle/thread 2 uses and 15ft bandages)
• sachet of pixie dust (1 use camouflage station OR endurance station) OR leather boots (+3 feet)
