Appearance:
Azure is what most consider a rare beauty. Born with albinism, she was often seen as a gemstone in her family, a good luck charm if you will. She has long, silver-blonde hair and fair pink skin. She has few blemishes save for a a few speratic freckles dotted over her nose and cheeks. Her most striking feature however, is her bright blue eyes. Her namesake. Azure was named due to her startling blue-grey eyes. To those outside her family, they were rather scary, but to her mother and father, they were a charm. Unfortunately, due to her Albinism, Azure was born with impaired vision meaning she had to learnto live and use her other senses. She usually wears tinted glasses whenever she can as it does help slightly with bright lights.
Due to being born in District 1, Azure does enjoy the finer things. She loves jewels and fancy clothing, often strutting around in designer outfits. Her father owns a large Jewellery chain and Azure is often gifted necklaces and earrings as offerings from her father. While she does have a lavish lifestyle, unfortunately Azure suffers from weak joints which cause her pain and posture issues, something that causes her embarrasment and anger.

Personality:
Azure is a stereotypical District 1 child. She's rather stuck up and full of herself, often looking down on those she deems unworthy. She's rather charismatic and vain however does have a temper. She was given the nickname "The ice Queen" due to her cold demeanor towards strangers and her snarky comments that send icy daggers through people. Despite her rather sweet appearance, she is anything but. She has a sour attitude and is very much a brat. Despite this, she adores her family and treats them very well. She is loyal to a fault and would gladly go to war for her family.
Azure has a habit of talking down to or being sarcastic to people who don't really deserve it, mostly other districts or people from her own district who aren't as wealthy as her family. If you don;t make enough money, how dare you be in her presence. She yhas a select few "friends", Mostly whom are only friends with her for her money, who she showers with gifts and money to keep loyal. Who says money can't buy you happiness?
Unfortunately due to her impairment, she did have a phase of being incredibly self-conscious and hid herself the best she could. She would avoid people and stay in her room all day. Her parents, being socialites, would often force her to go to parties and socialise against her will. They would also pay people to compliment her to boost her self esteem. Due to the constant praise and admiration, Azure did gain quite the ego and became enraged if told she wasn't perfect.
History:
Azure was born to her mother, Sapphire Silverstone, and her father, Zinc Silverstone, who were both a young and happily married couple. Azure was their first and only child, their pride and joy, and was spoilt otten by the time she could talk. She was gifted extravegant clothing, Jewellery and various gifts. Due to her upbringing, Azure grew to be very spoilt and vain, often putting down those who didn't have the things she did. This, of course ,caused a lot of parents and children to try and force friendships to gain access to her families money. Azure didn't care as long as she was popular. She never attended the academies for Careers as she believed she would never be picked for the Reaping and if she was, Her father could simply bribe her out right?
Due to her never training and never really having a job, Azure didn't have any skills that would really help her if she was reaped, save for her Charisma and being able to manipulate others into doing her bidding. Her father, upon seeing her be fairly useless in the games, decided to train her in combat with a dagger. Azure was reluctant at first however decided to appease her father and learn the combat. She was a fairly quick learner and became deadly with a knife and despite her partial blindness, was fairly accurate in throwing them.
Azure's talents mostly lied in manipulating others and causing conflict. She was known for her gossip and seemed to know everyone's business even before they did. She often used this to her advantage, feigning sympathy for the parties to gain their trust and admiration. Unfortunately this does mean she doesn't make any true allies and often has to make sure she never gets too close. She doesn't form lasting friendships and only forms allyships if they benefit her more than the opposing party.
