In Cold Blood. Feedback?!

This is a RPG /plot idea that I came up with. And I would love to hear your thoughts on it. Think it’s stupid? Anything we could add to make it better?

In Cold Blood.
In the future, creatures of the dark rule the world of light and humanity is forced into the shadows of the old underground metro, helpless and hunted. Humans captured by the vampires are farmed for their blood, slaughtered like cattle and herded like sheep. For a while, the vampires rule supreme and the humans are left clinging to whatever blood they have left.
But what happens when there isn't a single drop left to be had? The vampire world is in chaos, with a corrupt government who care about nothing more than save feeding themselves and more individuals going mad every day for lack of blood. A mad vampire cannot be allowed to survive, and must be put down.
The humans aren’t much better – so few are left, and there is treason and unwilling sacrifices among them. With nowhere to run and nobody to turn to, they have but one choice – try to take a stand against the vampires, or die.
Now it’s your turn. See if, as a vampire, you can track down enough blood to keep from going insane – or will you choose to remain human and fight the demons of night? Choose your friends carefully, and keep an eye on your enemies. Sometimes, in order to survive, you must be ready to murder – in cold blood.
The battle between immortality and humanity had begun. How will you survive?

This idea came to me a couple days ago, so I thought it would a fun idea to start a RPG site with some of my friends. It was almost up in running, until I somehow managed to break the site trying to make graphics. This showed me 2 min things. First, I have no clue what I am doing when it comes to site design. Second, I think I am way over my head. So I thought to myself, I’m still going to try to launch this RPG, but maybe I should get some feedback on the plot first. And if anyone wants to jump aboard the In Cold Blood funtrain, we would love that. Especially if you know how to design a site, then you would become my new best friend. Even if you are like me, completely clueless. We still want you. =D

P.S Dear Staff, I hope this doesn’t come across as advertising. I’m not trying to advertise, just looking for help and feedback. So please don’t kill me. I love this too much to die.
