Name: Belameane "Bean" Jives
Age: 15 (Edit: was 14 before 56th Games)

District/Area: District 2
Appearance: Black. Mostly describes her. That and lacy or 'obviously-revealing' articles of clothes. Belameane adorns a gigantic lace ribbon - with white borders - on her silky black hair, which flows down to her rear. Her shirt reveals top-portions of her chest then continues down to cover her abdomen. The girl likes to wear shorts that emphasize her rear if she can't just wear her lacy thong-like underwear that look like it was originally shorts that got torn off at the top of her thighs. Her legs are bare until slightly below the knee, where a long, skin-tight sock of thin, smooth fabric and lace - with ribbon - is stitched on top, covers her feet and a good portion of her lower leg. These articles of clothing is what she mostly wears since she is hardly out of her house. Gold bangles with white flowers are worn around her wrists, the only thing on her that is not even a hint black.
Belameane is a petite-looking girl, only standing at 5'5 and having a cute, doll-like face to boot. Black hair is accompanied by large cerulean-blue eyes that seem to be vacant and lost in space. Her figure is generally thin: a small belly, curvaceous hips, and well-formed legs. Her most 'prominent' trait is her chest - which, ironically, is in itself are small things. Her smiles are maturity mixed with happiness.
Personality: Belameane cannot be called the most beloved girl to be born in Panem, but is still a figure of girl society. She is truly honest, a quality that is both loved and hated. Her tongue can be spitfire and doesn't even try to hold back what she thinks or feels. She can be described as childish at times. Most times, however, she tries to put on her most ladylike face and smile a lot. She expresses loyalty for those that she cares for but can make secret plans with people she hardly knows.
Jealousy is the bane of her existence. Belameane is probably the easiest girl to make jealous of anything, and this is where her childish moments come from. Tendencies to be selfish also come her way, opening up a weakness to easily throw her off her concentration. She gets sore a lot, and she will quickly change her mind about someone if teased often about her flaws and frail body. Belameane only confides in those that she could entrust with her life. One of her fears is finally being cast aside by her only friend.
History: Ironically, Belameane lives in a district of medicine that can't heal her body - but she doesn't want to fixed anyways. Ever since being born, she has been susceptible to disease and illness, trapping her to bed a lot of times. Because of her body, the girl has not had many chances to talk, much less be friends, with peers. Poor lonely, unfortunate girl.
She met with her only friend about three years ago, a boy who only came by to drop off stuff for the family, a boy of such an inferior complex. Belameane called out to him and asked him to tell her stories, original stories or stories already made. He complied somewhat, starting off the friendship of Belameane and Ralve.
Belameane only recently started her fear as she saw Ralve grow from a depressing, self-hurting boy to a man with hardly any care. "Am I being left behind? Are there people changing him without me?" Thoughts bombarded her with fear and only theories but she kept on smiling away as if nothing was happening to her mentality or emotional state.
Her parents, though caring, have been talking more about another girl and her 'ways' of getting wealth, disdaining her greatly; however, just because she is not the center of talk causes much jealousy to boil in Belameane. She hates the girl because of her - Belameane's - parents 'seemingly' giving that girl more attention than her.
Her only friend, her family... is she losing everything?
