Much like the rest of District 11, Papero is unusually tan and rather toasty. Unlike the rest, he has dirty-blond hair that has dimmed almost to a off-white color. His hair spikes a little and sways at his face, stopping just at the mandible line. Standing at 6'2, he is pretty tall, distinguishing him easily from other people. His set of light-brown eyes always seem to stare even when he acts gentlemanly. People have often described him as a handsome lad or what a true gentleman should be like.

He often wears a red t-shirt that exposes his belly-button, which has a piercing in it. A jacket with faux fur covers his top-half and ends at the belt line. The jacket is usually brown-red, like a darker variant of his skin. Papero wears a dog tag around his neck. Pants of dirty-white color with a brown, loose belt makes up Papero's wardrobe. He wears sandals or classy shoes, depending on the situation given. Because of his District, most of his clothes or shoes have holes and tears.

Personality:

Against his rather snobbish look, Papero is actually very gentlemanly and speaks as such. He is very kind and addresses people with the 'madam', 'sir', and other honorifics. Papero is obedient to a level and a great manager or planner of parties. He can be calculative at times but means it for the benefit of the good. The only real time he is mean is if someone touches his prized possession.

Underneath Papero's gentleman exterior is a personality that can be brutal or cold. This side really only comes out when provoked or if it concerns his journal. If pushed beyond the limit than just touching his book, he turns into quite the silent bloodthirsty monster. He is secretive and tries to sneak his way out of conversations he does not want to discuss about. His care for others can lead to planned devastation that makes others wonder what his true intentions lie.

History:

Though his District does not demand good mannerisms, Papero's family strictly brought him up to be a gentleman. Having no siblings to love, he often hung around with kids and they, in turn, called him their brother. He especially loved having the connections when his family were in the fields and gardens harvesting the fruits and other things the Capitol wanted.

The tan child has always kept a locking journal on his personnel. He prized it more than anything else in the world, even his life. Every time a good or bad event happened, it was written down in nice inked handwriting. From his first defensive fight at school, his first crush, and even his first taste of any food, Papero wrote it down with glee or pain. His parents often worried about his obsession.

During his teenager years, Papero dated a girl that thought she loved him dearly. Over time, though, he figured out that she was only attracted to his gentlemanly ways and tendencies to be nice to her and her friends. He had only really gone out with her just to act kind; so, when he tried to nicely break up with her, she shutdown completely, hurting others into serious conditions and almost fatally killing them. The whole scenario was harsh on him as well because his own prized possession had been missing for days, almost a week.

Papero, upon finding out information, asked her to the forest to settle with matters. During their conversation, she took out his journal, saying that if they did not get back together, she would destroy what he had, in the past, forbade her to even touch. Papero mentally snapped, depositing his usual kind and gentlemanly personality aside for a cold one. The overload of knowing she attacked people because of him and now hearing the theft of his journal drew out the cold - and even murderous - side of him. While she was looking away after he promised they would get back together if she looked at the trees for a second, he performed a quick snap of the neck, satisfying, though regretfully, his quiet current murderous demeanor.

He has always held the guilt from then on but doesn't try to distance himself, knowing that doing so will lead others to find out. Papero

Papero is rather good at systematically planning our strategic operations in order to survive. He is able to wield an axe with ease because of chores. Wherever he chooses to stay is accompanied with a locked journal. The key is hidden in the cuff of his jacket.
