Windy has blonde hair cut short, to about her chin. She has blue eyes and is tan from being out in the sun all the time. She has an athletic build and is around 5'5". Windy has many scars on her hands from working with fishing hooks.

Personality:

Windy is very quiet. She barely ever talks and when she does it is to usually answer a superior. She's very bookish, however they don't have a lot to read. She is often over looked but doesn't desire a lot of attention. She follows the rules, because the rules represent authority and safety.

History:

Windy was named after (you guessed it) the ocean breeze that seems to always be flowing over District 4. Her mother wanted it to be spelled just like the real word instead of with an "e." Windy is the youngest of 3, although she doesn't see much of her siblings anymore. After their parents died of the flu, they were sent to live with their grandmother who makes just enough money to live for another day. So they took different shifts so that one would always be working while the other two went to school or cared for their guardian. After the eldest turned 19, he moved out on his own and left the Windy and her other sibling to take on another shift. Windy works in the open sea, fishing with her handmade hooks. She isn't very good at it but scraps by. Like everyone else, she is completely terrified of Reaping day, she had regular nightmares about it. Right now, all Windy wants to do is make it through the years until she has out grown the Hunger Games and can stop worrying about getting her name called. Since she takes the tesserae as many times as she can.
