Age: 25
Gender: Male
District/Area: The Capitol
Appearance:
Even though as a Capitolite, Jack was supposed be nourished and to appear “beautiful” and “stylish”, he had avoided the freakish Capitol trends and instead, dressed and looked himself. Over the years, his hair had usually been somewhat short until someone had commented on him looking like a pop star. From then on, he had grown his hair to be somewhat long and unkempt. Watery blue eyes are placed in his eye socket and from being a radio-talk host and a Capitolite, what more can you want?Personality:
As a talk show host/radio DJ, he’s obviously very bright and outgoing. But some say that when off his radio life, he’s very quiet. Raised by foster-parents, he had grown up to be kind and willing to help, but a bit skeptical. He’s not the smartest guy around, but he graduated school with enough to mentioned. It’s unknown on his perspective on the people of the District and their place in the Hunger Games. Whether it be ‘they’re just a bunch of useless kids. No harm done, right?’ or ‘we need to stop this.’ Jack is none the doubt a down-to-earth guy.History:
Jack’s parents had defied the Capitol and had been sent to the Districts not but 20 years ago, but it had been a subject left untouched and unmentioned. By the time he was learning to talk, he had been raised with his fraternal twin brother for a short while in a luxurious foster home where he was pampered into a conceited brat. He was then adopted by the newly-weds, Drew and Susan Rhodes. Since then, he was raised right and had completely changed his view of people and helping others. Therefore, he changed his surname from Chamberlain to Rhodes; leaving his brother to fend as the only Chamberlain left. After graduating from school and completing his internship with 258.7 FM, he been offered a high-pay job as a DJ. Now, he covers the highlights of the Hunger Games and talks with celebrities along the Capitol.Codeword: muttations
