The Capitol. With it's vibrant colors and wild makeup, everyone wants to stand out, which leads to wilder and crazier style in fashion every year. When Mitch was born, it was the spike, where almost everyone would wear their bangs in a single spike that protruded from their foreheads. The second year, cubes were in style, where the residents wore cubes on their clothing, some morphed, some standing alone, but almost on every article of clothing, there was a cube. The rest of the years, well, everyone had a different thing, and Mitch never really took part in any of them, until he reached his age of today, where he joined in on the Polka Dot revolution. As I want to describe what Mitch looked like as a child, I will wait to tell you all what he wears in the present.

Starting off at a mere 5 years old, he stood 3'6", and was considered quite a tall fellow by his younger friends. His hair was in a checkered pattern when viewed from the top and side, and had the colors of black and a very pale shade of yellow. His irises were surgically proportioned to have the color of the same pale yellow that adorned the black in his hair.

His parents fashioned him in clothes that were way to mature for a 5 year old, and made his parent's reputation a bad one, since v-neck tee shirts and daisy dukes are not fitting on a male 5 year old. And as expected, some pedophiles targeted Mitch.

Skipping 10 years, Mitch is now 15, and is almost fully developed. He has medium length hair, that sticks out on the sides and is put in place by gel. Worn on his body, is something way more fitting than his 5 year old clothes. A tight geometric type shirt is worn. Orange and Green are the colors.

He has definitely grew in muscle mass, along in height, and stands at 5'8". His stomach has been defined and yellow, red, gold, silver, and blue rhinestones are placed on his abdominals. In a pattern of flames.

He has also started to wear makeup now, a simple blue line of eyeliner surrounds his eyes and reach out from them on either sides.

A whopping 22 years old. That's how old Mitch is. As I have said before, I'm going to tell you what Mitch looks like now.

Since he is fully grown now, his parents have emancipated him, and he lives on his own. Since the Polka Dot revolution is in the now at this time, yellow, red, and blue polka dots adorn his face.

Mitch's hair also contains yellow, red, and blue polka dots, but the mass of his hair is white and spiked.Throughout his hair, the polka dots have been dyed in.

His skin is a dark beige color, and is lined with surgically implanted rhinestones that compliment the plain, white tee shirt that molds around his body.

His pants are a pair of black slacks. Yellow, red, and blue polka dots also line these, and is the most decorative part of his outfit, despite his skin.

Mitch now stands at 6'4", and is loved by many females and males alike.

Personality:

Funny. How funny Mitch is. At a young age, his comical acts have came to notice by many adults and children the same, and around his neighborhood, he is known as the comic. He loves to smile, and loves to see people smile, so in his eyes, being funny, mkin a nuisance of himself even, is a good way to do it, so this reason alone, is why he decides to stay in his comical fashion most of the time he is seen by others. Being funny has its backfall sometimes however, as his lackadaisical ways sometimes lead to mishaps in serious situations.

As expected, he is also quite the flirtatious type of person. Walking by rank and total strangers, a whistle might slip from his mouth, or the word 'wow' might slip as he passes females. His parents were always the type of people to say that you miss 100% of the shots you don't take, which is also why many, many times has he been rejected by females, but many more times has he been accepted and paired with other girls. Since he is usually seen with a new girl every time he is in public, the title of the ladies man has been dubbed as well.

As popular and well known as he is, Mitch still has days where he feels like no one notices him, in which in his apartment he sits by himself, and wonders what the people of the world have done to the surroundings around him, why people decided to ruin the land that was once so beautiful and elegant. Green and free. In this way, he has a silent feeling that he is a type of person that wants to save the world. The eco friendly type of person. Although his clothing, what he consumes, travels in, and the cosmetics that are used to make his appearance as pleasing as possible, he still hates that the world is being polluted. If you ever see Mitch in a bad mood, the reasoning will probably be based on this.

Another thing that is a huge part of Mitch's lfe, is music. Music. Who in the world would have thought that music would be a part of such a weird person like Mitch? Anywho, it is, and has been for a long time.

History:

Bloody, screaming, and ugly. The three things Mitch was right after birth, as are most babies. This sounds regular right now though, but it's not. You see, Mitch, was meant to be a girl. So here Mitch's parens were. Confused, disgruntled, and frustrated. A name had been picked out, cothes had been bought, a room had been completely decorated. For a female. In fact, Adria and Paul, Mitch's parents, were so sure that the were having a girl, that they didn't even have a backup name in the rarity that the baby would be a boy. So on the spot, Paul's eyes shot straight to a piece of medical equipment, in which the brand name was Mitchell, and removed the last three letters, giving tem the name of Mitch. Which gives a very interesting story for Mitch to tell his friends, as well as a good conversation starter... for the ladies.

As Mitch grew up, his relationship with his parents grew weaker, and weaker. At the age of 16, their relationship could hardly be considered a relationship. Possibly even considered a family in that matter. So, his parents.. emancipated him, leaving him on his own and to fend for himself. Which isn't to say much, considering he had a job at a car wash, cleaning cars and doing paperwork. So in this way, it was a type of relief to Mitch. Maybe some weight off of his shoulders.

Soon after the emancipation, Mitch took on the goal to find himself a home, which lead himself to live in many friends' houses for a pretty lengthy amount of time.

After situating into his new apartment, Mitch went on and focused on other things, and went for a period of time where he wasn't seen for weeks, a time where he was in the saddest of times. Where he composed many, many, many, compositions of music. In which he does when feeling down. On the days that he feels sorry for the world.

In fact, his music is so outstanding, that it has been played in concert halls around the world, but to everyone's surprise, he doesn't want to be credited for his work. No one knows why exactly, except for Mitch himself.
