Fericia turned 14, and all went crazy in her life, so she decided to embrace the Capitol lifestyle. So now, her skin is embroidered in golden tattoos swirling from her toes to her hairline.
Her hair is dyed bright gold, to symbolize her golden lifestyle. Her tattoos compliment her exterior body. Weight of 110 pounds. Height of 6'0. Teeth with solid gold braces. Long, lush legs that flow farther than anything else on her does.
Her hair is long,it's her natural hair, just dyed gold. It sinks down to her waist, but it usually is up in what she calls a "Pony-Tail Bun", in which her hair is up in a ponytail, but at it's base, it makes a wound up bun.
She dresses very nicely in mostly gold, to match her everything-else. She loves sparkling gold in-laid with beads dresses that go to her waist, sometimes shorter since she isn't the non-sluttiest girl in the Capitol.

Personality:

Fericia is a slut. Bottom line. She loves to "get some", but she doesn't show it in public. In public, she is a sweet, perfect, Hunger Games watching, Capitol meeting attending, woman. She generally keeps a lot of friends, considering she always goes shopping when they ask, get what they say looks good, etc. . .
She also is known for her parties. Her house is humongous and holds 1/10th of the Capitol,as is every house in her neighborhood. She can throw a massive party, and lure a guy, (which isn't hard to do, since she is fairly attractive, and the parties usually have alcohol), and take them down to her "Basement". The Basement is where she keeps up to 10 men at once and "uses" them when ever she wants, without them being able to do a thing.
She makes a man think that she is in love, then she traps them, and keeps them as her "slaves". Some call that wrong, but then she calls it "just having fun". Yea. The men never leave. They are "used" until she says otherwise, then she kills them, and sells their bodies to science labs, who never question who it is from.
She gives the act that she is a perfect housewife, to herself. She is married to her job, designing arenas for the future, and living in her beautiful home. She throws parties, and pretends that everything is perfect though secretly she has ten men in her basement. Not exactly normal.

History:

Fenicia was born in the Capitol, and automatically given the life of a celebrity. Because her parents were so rich. They loved and cared for her, until she turned 14, and they caught her with a boy in their basement. Hence her "Basement" facade, and they dis-owned her. They gave her 20,000 dollars to live on until she got a job.
Well she designed an arena at age 17, and got paid over 1,000,000,000 dollars. The arena wasn't made, but it went into storage for future Games.
Ever since then she has lived the life of a partying, sexual, money-making Capitol Resident. She has "used" over 50 men, and never been caught.
She lives in the Capitol still, but she is miserable with her life, since all she does is rape, eat, and watch the Hunger Games. She wants to travel to District 1, where she can resume her nice lifestyle, but hopefully participate in the Games.
She soon plans to go to the Justice Building and asking permission to travel to District 1, and start a lot faster. Her new life. Living in the arenas that she designed herself, hoping that gives her an advantage. She might just win soon.

Hi, the only thing wrong is that it's not possible for someone who's 6ft tall to weigh 80 lbs, unless they're horribly, pathetically anorexic. They'd die, bottom line. So please alter her weight to at least over 100 and we're good.
