Appearance:

Short but shaggy brown hair and a relatively skinny figure around an average height for his age. He is fair-skinned and has eyes the color of grass.

Spectre is usually seen wearing a gray hooded jacket and trousers. More oft than not, his hands are inside his jacket pockets.

Personality:

Spectre is a quiet, almost antisocial young man who resides in District 6. He doesn't talk much, but is great at making friends if he deems a person nice enough or smart enough for him. Being very well-educated, and living in the smartest area of the country, he tends to show favor towards more intellectual people and usually dislikes those from lower districts or those who are uneducated. Spectre is very practical and "nerdy", and is not very good at fighting at all. He has hoped his whole life he would never have his name drawn in the reaping.

Though almost always silent, Spectre has many friends here and there, all of them being from school or the same district.

History:

Spectre spent most of his childhood in high class education, from the beginning of school to the end. His parents were/are loving and caring, but also very strict. His father is deceased and his mother takes care of him.

Spectre, as stated above, has many friends, all of them being from the same district and from school, because of his bias towards smarter, more educated people.

Spectre lives at home with his mother, Tulip Emitt, and his two sisters, Zarah Emitt(age 13) and Trita Emitt(age 7).
