Large and in charge, not really actually. He's well muscled and tall, but he's pretty lean. His long black hair has a blueish sheen and is tied back effeciantly. He's got his fair share of scars and is usually bruised. His gray eyes are cold, he hides nearly every emotion but anger and hatred, well, boredum shows as well. He's cut a wolfpaw into his upperarm, he saw this as a way to keep the capitol's attempt at stripping his identity at bay. They kept erasing the scar, but he just cut himself till they gave up. He's been beaten down but he's not out by far, even his silent gaze screams rebel.

Personality:

Leo is hard, he is tough and takes no nonsense. If he's supposed to serve you, you might as well look forward to a horrid night if you don't plan on being reasonable. Leo isn't stupid but he refuses to let anyone walk all over him. He's been defying the capitol for years and hasn't stopped, though its smaller things now. The capitol will never know how many mishaps are at his hands. He does feel for the underdogs though, those that can't defend themselves. If you can't save yourself he'll save you. He is also fond of his family, though not gentle. The thing he misses most has to be his only brother, his little Ari. Ari.. just the name is torture for him, Leo had left Ari in charge, his greatest fear is that Ari was caught, if he died Leo could never forgive himself. What he'd give to see Ari! But Leo buries this deep inside himself, he needs to be a rock, to show no feeling.

History:

Leo hated seeing the poverty all around him, what he hated worse was seeing the widowed, the fatherless starve. He hated seeing the peacekeepers fat bellies and finally he decided to change that. Already an expert hunter Leo began to be district 9's own robin hood, that changed. Soon he was the leader of a gang that robbed and fed the people, they also made alot of trouble for every peace keeper and offivial, they bombed things, started fires, even killed when they had to. The one thing they never did was harm the ordinary citizens though. I won't go into all they did, but trust me, they were on a wanted list. One day a peace keeper broke into Leo's home, Leo's last act was to give his brother Ari the key. Oh, for so long Ari had wanted that key, to see all the secrets to be like him. It tore his heart. Leo had tears on his face as soon as he knew Ari wouldn't have to see them. After a while, Leo put on a jaunty air, that broke to when he was informed his comrads were dead, that he was the only surivr and he would soon be an avox. 3 guards died that day. Eventually Leo was taken down, lost his voice, and was shipped from 'owner' to 'owner'. No one ever wanted to keep him for long.
