Her shoulder length black hair is wavy and messy, but in a nice way. Her skin is tanned to a bronze color, except for one hand that is pigmented pale white. Her eyes are a aqua color, bright as the Caribbean ocean waves. Around the outer rim of her iris, there is a ring of light brown. Her lips are big and luscious, but her top lip is smaller than her bottom lip. She is a little shorter than average, but she doesn't mind this. Her body is lean and lanky, but strong. She is beautiful, but tends to ignore this fact.

Personality:

She is modest, but aggressive. She doesn't like to be around people a lot. She liked to spend her days at the beach, just being alone. She sometimes comes off as a shy and weak person, and she plays this to her advantage. Really she is a outgoing and strong person who won't take anything from anyone, and especially not if you are making fun of her few friends and family. Or her, as a matter of fact.

History:

Piper has a pretty nice life. She lives in one of the poorest parts of District 5, but she still is happy. She has 3 brothers (2 younger, one older) and 2 sisters (all younger). Her parents are both still alive and well, and happy together. Both of them work in the fishing indestry, and both her and Jasper (her older brother) steal fish from there. But shush, don't tell anyone. Her and her brother are super close, and take car of their younger siblings. All 4 of them.
