Appearance:

Phaenoh is slightly taller than average for his age, being 5'10". He is also quite slim from being underfed; his weight is 120 lb which is underweight for his height. He has a heart shaped face, on which are his brilliant chocolate eyes. His nose is slight and long, whilst his lips are in the shape of a perfect bow. His hair is dark and quite long, coming down to his shoulder in soft curls.

Personality:

Phaenoh is more of an observer than a speaking. He isn't exactly shy, he just prefers not to speak much. He tries to avoid confrontation and breaking rules. Although Phaenoh isn't much of a speaker, he is still very much an extrovert. He prefers to hang around with groups of friends in school instead of being alone.

History:

Phaenoh lives with his mother in a small house in District Eleven. Although his family are poor, they manage to get by from Phaenohs Mothers healing business. She is well known in the district; if anyone is hurt and can't afford a doctor they go to her. Phaenoh's father died before he was born, 15 years agos, when his name was called out in a reaping. It wasn't a suprise as Phaenoh's mother was pregnant at the time, so his father took as many tesserae as he could so that his mother wouldn't starve. His father was one of the last to die in the games; he was killed by a career who went on to kill another tribute and won. Phaenoh has been told that his mother was never the same since his father died, but obviously he only knew this part of his mother. His mother did everything she could to take care of Phaenoh, made sure food was on the table, healed him when he was hurt, provided clothes and money, and got him into the local school. Phaenoh and his mother are extremely close; they can't imagine life without the other.
