Casin is a 6'0 male. He is very tan from being in District four on the beach. His sandy blond hair is a hit with the ladies. He isn't overly musculer, but he is not lacking either.

Personality:

Casin is very social. An over all good person, he wishes well for everybody. The Capitol aggrivates him, as it should. The passion he feels towards it is unmatched in the well taken care of District four. Watching the Hunger games every year, he has grown attached to the tributtes. He even lost his best friends ate the age of twelve. If there was a rebbelion he would fight, but would never start it for fear of hurting the ones he cares about.

History:

Born and raised in District four, his family is a close one. His parents are older (dad-60 mom-56), and he is an only child. As a child he spent alot of time on the water. Him and the children from District four always laughing, and having a good time. It wasn't untill he was twelve did he realize how bad the world truly was. He lost his best friend to the Hunger games. When his friend made it to the top eight they interviewed Casin. His friend died that night. He had nightmares for years after watching the horrors that were on the screen. For two and a half years he was very quiet, and dedicated him self to school and fishing. Every year when it comes time for the hunger games, he supports not only his district. He supports anyone who will make an alliance. For this shows the Capitol that they can never really seperate the citizans of Panem.
