Angeline was born with deep blue colored eyes. The orbs are absolutely catching, and what most people focus on when they first notice the girl, she doesn't care if they do, but she herself can not find what is so interesting about her eyes, even when she stares directly into a reflective surface. Her eyebrows are creatively arched, and only slightly so, it seems like she is thinking, looking at ways to catch something new fishing. Angeline has deep brown hair, curiosity of her mother's genetics, she keeps it at past her shoulder's by a good length, and while fishing is known to tie it up in a bun so it is no longer in her face, which annoys her while she is trying to focus.

Angeline's body is more made up of muscle rather then fat, which could create a problem should she be faced with the games, but while she is fed at her district, she can be a fishing machine. Her main muscle is consent rated in her legs, rather then her arms, making her fast in the water and on land, but weaker when it comes to brute arm strength. Yet, due to the fact her father has made her into a career, hoping that by doing so his daughter would survive the games, she has made up for this lack of strength by drawing her speed when she throws a knife, or thrusts a trident.

The first thing you realize after knowing Angeline is that when Angeline puts her mind to a task she will do her very best accomplish whatever it may be, making her relentless at times, she has sat out in the sea fishing for longer then expected for her, or most children that are able to be reaped for the games. She has found that if she is persistent enough, like water breaking a rock, she will succeed in her task, no matter the goal.

Angeline's second most prominent characteristic, is the fact that she is caring. She is willing to help out others, sometimes being selfless in the own damage to herself, and that makes her reckless, and unpredictable. When she sees trouble, a switch comes on in her mind to dive, and fight, if it comes down to her agents the world, as long as there is something to fight for, to save, she will fight for tomorrow which just might be a better day.

Angeline's last prominent characteristic is the fact that she is watchful, and in another word, vigilant. She tends to be more silent then talkative, thinking that there is not much point in talking unless it is worth saying, but it does not make her emotionless, she just rather shows it on her own face then talk it out, but she has become skilled in keeping her feelings under control, rather then letting them explode at random times. Some people dislike her for being what they may call boring by being silent for the majority of the time, but she lets it go, her real friends stay by her, as she does them.

History:

Angeline was born under the pale moonlight as the moon was in it's waning stage, and the tide high. High tide was great for fishing, and that could be considered a good omen among the people of District 4. Her mother, Cassia, named her Angeline after she was born, originally she was born crying, like most babies, but grew silent, people looked her over carefully, but she was healthy baby girl, even if she was quiet. Her father, Carter, could not be happier for his child, and even though the people from district 4 were sometimes career tributes, her father wished no part of it, but he chose early on that he would train her as one, yet reminding her she was not one of them, and her goal was not winning but to come back home if she was ever chosen.

Her mother, though she survived childbirth, unfortunately died when Angeline was at the age of 5, the shock was immense, she started to grow quieter then, that became the time when she thought to only speak when necessary, with her only exception being her close circle of friends and her father. She had to take on more responsibility, but it helped her more then hurt her, even at the age of five. It made her grow up faster then anyone expected, but there was nothing she could do about that.

Around the next few years, her father slid her into heavier training with various weapons, but her specialty resided with throwing knives and with the trident, the most classic weapon for the District, which would allow her to practice even when she wasn't really practicing. Her training would continue to focus mostly on these weapons, but not neglect everything else. She had to survive, and that was her father's intent, never winning like some other family's focus was.

As Angeline developed, her muscles grew from fishing and her training, she did not bulge with it, as most of it was close to her body, making her seem fragile from a distance. She formed her circle of friends and was completely content with that. While some of her friends dated, no boy seemed to be interested in her silence, not that she was really focused on boys. Now after 16 years of living, she had survived her years of 12-15 without being drawn by the District 4 spokesperson from the capital, she can only hope she will continue not to be drawn. But, what awaits her as rumors of an uprising have reached her ears, only time tells her tale, she must wait and see.
