Shay has red long straight hair and a light dusting of freckles along her nose. She has a pretty face, and is very attractive all together.
She has really pretty light blue eyes, and very long eye lashes. She also has a slim but fit body and would be more then able to protect herself.
She has pale skin, but she does sometimes get tanned in the summer time.

Personality:

Shay isn't your average teenage girl. She is unique, she is kind and caring at times. But then she has this mood she goes in when she's a huge flirt and she flirts with lot's of guys.
If you make her angry she makes you regret it, some people think of her as a spazz because she freaks out and has little hissy fits all the time.
When she gets upset she gets really upset, she's quite dramatic really. She turns problems that would normally be small into huge things.

History:

Shay grew up having to raise her younger sister, her mother and father both ran out on them. Shay didn't mind raising her sister, they took care of each other.
Then little Millie turned 12. This was the year that she could be a part of the dreaded hunger games, the only thing in the world that could separate them.
Shay grew protective over her little sister and she was sure to always be there for her if she needed anything at all.
