-- Deaf in left ear from a recent construction accident
-- No muscle/strength from previous sheltered life

-- Ratty clothing from new lack of money
-- Acquired poor hygiene since he was moved
-- Starving/dangerously thin and weak
-- Bitten fingernails because he anxiously chews on them
Personality::
-- Coming from a rich family, he's used to being spoiled and he often shows arrogance.
-- Loud and opinionated
-- Won't hesitate to say something rude
-- Scared and afraid of living in the Districts
-- Outcast because of his Capitol-like personality
-- Observant
-- Stubborn, believes that he could never do anything wrong
-- Brags about everything that he can
-- Friendly to those that agree and cooperate with his opinions

-- Often gets into trouble/doesn't cooperate with higher authorities

History::
-- Parents are both high-ranking officials in the Capitol
-- Only child
-- Never really saw his parents as a kid because they were often working, and he had several nannies and caregivers
-- Began getting into trouble as a child, led to a life of minor crime in his teenage years
-- Never did well in school
-- Was nearly caught stealing from several expensive stores along with vandalizing several homes
-- In order to keep him out of jail/ becoming an avox/ruining their family's reputation if it were to be found out that he was the problem, his parents sent him into hiding with a new name (Cobalt) into one of the Districts, believing not only that it would be better for him, but that they would no longer have to deal with his trouble.
