Appearance:

Cedric is unusually tall, measuring up to about 6'4". He also has messy, wavy dark hair and striking brown eyes. These eyes have won him the hearts of many a beautiful girl in District 4, but he has no interest in them except for the girl he hasn't been able to entreat.

He has a toned body due to the amount of swimming he does every day. He also has a medium to light skintone, but can tan very easily.

Cedric has a characteristic scar that runs from his ribcage to the top of his hipbone. This is from one of his mishaps as a young boy.

Personality:

Cedric is quiet, thoughtful, charming, sarcastic, and serious yet humorous. He likes to find the irony in everyday life and figure out solutions to larger-than-life problems. He is also extremely loyal. He has gotten himself into a number of calamities because of his strong defense of his friends. However, being a smooth talker, he manages to make due just fine. Quite the flirt, he has won himself the reputation of somewhat of a player among his peers; wanted by girls, envied by boys, respected by all.

For as long as he can remember, he has always been adventurous. He will take off any time he can to explore District 4--that is, what there is to explore of District 4-- with his best friend.

His best friend is Harmony Lunster, a girl who refuses to believe that she really is beautiful. The two year age difference has no effect on him, as was the case when he was fourteen and began to develop feelings for her. Now he feels as if he is falling hopelessly in love with her; hopelessly because, he fears, she will never love him back. Several times he has tried and failed to sweep her off her feet. Nobody can understand why the two are so close. Personality-wise, they are polar opposites, and they befriend completely different people.

History:

Cedric has no recollection of his parents. When he was three years old, they took him and what little belongings they had and tried to run away from District 4 to any kind of safe refuge they could possibly find. Mid journey, they were discovered by the Capitol, captured, and turned into Avoxes. Meanwhile, Cedric was returned to District 4 to live with his aunt and uncle. They were given no instructions to hide his parents' fates from him.

His aunt and uncle never had any children, so they took him in graciously as their very own. They are extremely kind and remain Cedric's whole world.

Cedric actually hopes to be chosen for the reaping so he might finally find his parents.
